How long does it take to get a quote back? |

This depends on the complexity
of the web site, print project, etc. With regards to web
sites, specific backend capabilities need to be carefully reviewed
and usually require more detailed information from the client.
If you've provided enough details, you should receive a basic
quote within 4-5 days. Otherwise, Absolute will
contact you sooner to either request more information, or provide an estimated
timeframe for a final quote. |

with the service provider (printer) from the point of collecting "print

what you need, we can factor
in the size, complexity of the design and all functionalities
into a estimate, tailored to your needs.
No two web sites are the same, and we prefer to keep that in
mind when it comes to our customers. Therefore, we encourage

What will you need from me in the design process? |

CONTENT, CONTENT, CONTENT
- first and foremost! We can not stress enough how important
it is that you help your website evolve not only into something
you admire, but something that reaches its "launch date"!
Good web design is truly a team effort between the client
and their designers. It's not about the designers "taking
guesses" about your business to meet a deadline. Quite
simply, you know your business and we don't. We make every
effort to put "your best foot forward" when it comes
to putting your business on the web, but need you to provide
the content to allow us to do just that.
Feedback is also very critical to your design. Be honest,
& up front about what you like OR don't like in design
reviews. (We don't take your taste and preferences to heart.)
Our job is to communicate everything about YOU and YOUR
BUSINESS, not to illustrate our own preferences. Of course
we definitely offer advice, but will be dependent on your
feedback throughout the process.
All other needs will be addressed in the in the
initial stages of design and outlined in the proposal.

Do you do FLASH Design? |

We provide some flash capabilities
in-house but also work with Flash Programmers on a contract
basis should you wish to immerse your site completely in the
technology.

How long does a web design take? |

It depends completely on the
complexity of the web site. We allow a minimum of two weeks (from
the start date) just for the initial
set of layouts. Beyond that, the second stage is greatly determined
by the client's timely feedback
and
supply
of content
(images & text) and of course the content and functionality
of the site.
We try to allow a 30 day time frame for the majority
of our smaller sites, but have seen projects linger over
two years or more due to a lack of content. |

Do you maintain the site and make changes on a
regular basis after the site is finished? |

What's the turnaround time for making
requested changes? |

A. |
We do our best to meet the
requirements of every customer by simply discussing an appropriate
time frame in the beginning stages of design. We are all too
familiar with the "needed it yesterday" request of our clients.
When it's all said and done, the key to choosing
any web design company is the turn around time on site changes
& maintenance.
But of course a new customer can't possibly determine
that in the beginning. Hence, we
have a list of client references should you request an
overview of our track record.

Who do I contact if I can't access the site? |

First of all, check to see
if you're able to surf or bring up other website. If not, it's
likely a problem with your internet connection,
or your Internet Service Provider.
However, if the problems resides on our end, Absolute will already be
working to resolve the issue, as we are notified promptly of any server
complications. If you're otherwise able to surf the web and get your email,
please email us if you unable to view your site within a 24hr time
frame.

emergency,

(in every possible manner) before posting it LIVE, but human
error does prevail at times. Should you find
