We offer
two
specific areas of maintenance, both with hourly rate and
contractual options.
Whether
you're looking for regularly scheduled website changes,
or
hardware & networking issues, Absolute offers customized
solutions at every level.

For ongoing upkeep or those one-time change(s) required
in a website, we offer three basic
solutions as follows:
Website
Changes (General):
The most common request is for a one-time change to a site's
content, (an additional page, button or image within
the layout), which all fall under the category of "website
changes".
However, the hourly rate does not
allow for
a complete overhaul of the layout or
entire
color
scheme,
as that would involve a new design quote.
** We highly recommend compiling
enough changes and thoroughly reviewing all text
within the site in order to make the most of a single
maintenance request (based on hourly rates below). **
Online Inventory:
For frequent changes required for online inventory or e-commerce
sites, we
can offer specific
software
in your
initial site bid,
allowing
YOU
access
to upload and change text and product images as needed.
Website Maintenance Contracts:
The
final option would be a website maintenance contract in which
case
we provide the service of changing out images or text
as requested under the agreement of a contract. (Generally
bound by regular billings at a reduced rate whether
or not site changes are requested each billing cycle. Client
is responsible for supplying all necessary content in a
timely fashion for all requested changes.)
This is recommended for larger companies lacking the in
house resources to oversee their own site maintenance. All
content
must be supplied by client in an agreed upon time frame.

These
basic rates are based on graphical, front-end changes to
the majority of static images on a site.
Content
included in Flash or other programs can vary greatly from
this rate. Furthermore, any changes to the database or variances
in backend capabilities will be quoted separately. Please
contact us with your specific details for an accurate
quote.

ONLY) or you can arrange to drop off your system with

efficiency and monitoring of large-scale networks for those
businesses that require more frequent call outs or have a large
volume of computers or additional hardware in house.

| Mileage
& hourly rates are subject to change,
but are generally charged on an hourly rate, plus the
current mileage rate.
Please
note the hourly rate is applicable
whether troubleshooting requires 5 minutes or a full hour. |
